Purva Northern Lights security systems will cover the entire 25-acre gated community in Bagaluru, near Kempegowda International Airport and KIADB Aerospace Park. The project uses a single main gate, CCTV cameras, controlled tower and parking entry, and basic fire and emergency support. All these parts work together so that daily movement inside the township stays safe for kids, elders and working people.
Purva Northern Lights follows a simple multi-layer setup:
25-acre gated layout with one main entrance.
24x7 security staff at the gate and inside.
CCTV at gates, lobbies, lifts, parking and parks.
Controlled access to towers and parking zones.
Fire exits and basic emergency support in high-rise towers.
Each layer adds one more level of safety.
Everyone enters and exits through one main gate on the Bagaluru side. Guards stop visitors, cabs and delivery people and note name, vehicle number and flat / tower. Regular staff, like maids and drivers, also follow fixed entry rules each day. This stops random public vehicles from using the internal roads like a shortcut.
CCTV cameras are placed at:
Main gate and internal junctions
Tower lobby entries and lift lobbies
Basement and surface parking
Main park and kids’ play areas
The cameras record day and night. If a car is scratched, a fight starts over parking or something breaks in the play area, the security team can check the video and see what really happened.
Towers are treated like homes, not like open markets. Lobby doors are checked, so only residents and allowed visitors reach the lobby and lifts. Basement and open parking have marked entry and exit with boom barriers or checks. This makes sure every car that comes inside is recorded and cannot skip the main gate process.
At the gate, each visitor tells the flat number or resident name. The guard calls the resident using phone or intercom to confirm. Only if the resident says “yes” does the visitor or cab move to that tower. This simple step cuts down surprise knocks and unknown people at the flat door.
High-rise towers follow basic fire safety rules. There are marked fire exits and staircases on the required floors. Basic fire-fighting equipment and alarms are installed in common areas. If there is smoke, fire or a medical issue, staff can use CCTV, alarms and intercom to guide people and call help faster.
Children can walk or cycle to parks, play areas and sports courts using only inside roads and footpaths. They do not need to step onto the main Bagaluru road for basic play. Seniors can take their morning or evening walk inside the compound, where paths are lit and watched. People who work in airport or tech park shifts can come home late and still enter through a lit, guarded gate and monitored lobby.
Many small stand-alone buildings in Bagaluru and North Bangalore have just one small gate and a single watchman. Purva Northern Lights adds gated entry, cameras, tower and parking checks, visitor logging and emergency planning across a large 25-acre township. For families with kids and elders, and for owners who will rent to airport and KIADB staff, this stronger security system is a clear, practical advantage over simpler buildings.
