In 2026, construction work is mainly focused on the building structure. It offers 1, 2, and 3 BHK homes. Prices in 2026 start from ₹54 Lakhs for smaller units and go up to ₹1.60 Crore for 3.5 BHK homes.
2. Brigade El Dorado
Brigade El Dorado is a large 50-acre township with about 5,000 homes across 12 towers (RERA: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/190904/002854). Some phases, like Gallium, are already ready. In 2026, the main focus is on the Krypton and Helio phases, where handovers and finishing work are happening. The project includes a 10-acre central park and more than 80 modern amenities. It offers 1, 2, and 3 BHK homes. Prices in 2026 range from ₹59 Lakhs to ₹1.77 Crore.
3. Godrej Ananda (Phase 1 & 2)

The Regent section is mostly occupied, and the remaining homes will be handed over by May 2026. The project is known for its large open spaces and high-quality construction. 5. Sattva Exotic
Sattva Exotic is a smaller luxury project spread over 4.65 acres on Bagalur Main Road (RERA: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/190427/002538). It has 345 homes across three towers, designed for good ventilation and private balconies. The project was completed in late 2023 and is ready to move in. It offers only 2 and 3 BHK homes ranging from 1,235 to 1,784 sq. ft. In 2026, resale and remaining units are priced between ₹95 Lakhs and ₹1.60 Crore.
6. Kalyani Living Tree
Kalyani Living Tree is a new large gated community in Bagalur. Spreading over 25 acres (RERA: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/240224/006658). It includes around 1,900 homes across 10 towers, with 80% open green space. The project is designed for mid to high-income buyers. Possession is expected to begin in September 2028. In 2026, construction is in the main building stage. It offers 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK homes. Prices start from ₹85.5 Lakhs and go up to ₹1.56 Crore.
