How Many Towers Does Purva Northern Lights Have?

Phase 1 of Purva Northern Lights has 3 towers: Wing 1, Wing 2, and Wing 3. These 3 towers sit on 9.5 acres and together hold 1,225 flats.

Wing 1 is the largest tower in Phase 1. It has 685 flats across 29 floors. Wings 2 and 3 are slimmer at 270 units each but stand taller at 98.95 metres.

The full 8-tower plan splits across 3 phases. Phases 2 and 3 are in pre-launch as of mid-2026.

All three phases got RERA approval on 12 March 2026. The plan approval authority is KIADB, under plan number DO3-KIADB-00190/25-26/BP.
