Purva Northern Lights Construction Status

Purva Northern Lights construction status has moved past the planning stage. All government approvals are now in place. RERA registration for all 3 phases was granted on 12 March 2026, and KIADB plan approval was received on 7 March 2026. The project officially launched on 15 March 2026. Early site work is already visible on the ground, with the model apartment under construction and the site office fully operational.

Site Development and Perimeter

Purva Northern Lights has completed all planning and approval stages. RERA approval was granted for all 3 phases on 12 March 2026. Phase 1 registration number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/120326/008523. The project also holds plan approval from KIADB (No. DO3-KIADB-00190/25-26/BP, dated 7 March 2026). EOI collection began on 1 March 2026, and the project officially launched on 15 March 2026.

Full construction work began following the March 2026 project launch. Earthwork and levelling started on 15 April 2026 and ran through September 2026. Foundation footing begins in August 2026. RCC-framed structure work starts in February 2027 and continues through November 2027. Possession is confirmed for 31 December 2029. The model apartment is under construction, and the site office is operational.
