Starworth Infrastructure and Construction is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Puravankara Limited. The company executes construction contracts for Puravankara projects as well as for third-party developers, handling structural, interior, MEP, and external development works.

The Varnam Phase 1 contract is valued at Rs 509.52 crore (approximately Rs 5.10 billion). This is one of the larger turnkey construction contracts awarded to a Puravankara subsidiary in 2026.

The contract was assigned by One Bangalore Luxury Projects LLP. Varnam Phase 1 is a component of the broader One Bangalore Luxury Project portfolio. Starworth will deliver the project on a turnkey basis.

Varnam Phase 1 will be built at Akalehahalli–Mallenhalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Bengaluru Rural District, Karnataka. The site is in the larger Bengaluru Rural belt, distinct from Puravankara’s North Bangalore township projects.

The contract specifies a 36-month execution timeline (three years) for Varnam Phase 1, covering structural work, interior finishing, electrical and plumbing systems, MEP installations, and external development around the buildings.
