Phase 1 offers RERA-registered carpet areas of 408 sq. ft (1 BHK), 670–768 sq. ft (2 BHK), 1,003–1,077 sq. ft (3 BHK), and 2,235–2,332 sq. ft (4 BHK). These are actual usable sizes, not super built-up area.

Prices start at ₹80 Lakhs for a 1 BHK. A 2 BHK starts at ₹1.11 Cr, a 3 BHK at ₹1.60 Cr, and a 4 BHK at ₹2.64 Cr. Final pricing depends on floor, tower, and facing.

Yes. All 3 phases are registered with Karnataka RERA. Phase 1 registration number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/120326/008523, approved on 12 March 2026. Buyers can verify all details on the Karnataka RERA portal.

Possession for Phase 1 is scheduled for 31 December 2029. Construction began in April 2026, giving a 4-year build timeline. The declared project cost for Phase 1 is Rs 859 crore as filed with RERA.

The project is approximately 12 km from Kempegowda International Airport (KIAL). The upcoming Namma Metro Blue Line (Phase 2B) will also add a station about 10 minutes from the project.
