Purva Northern Lights master plan covers 24.55 acres at KIADB Aerospace Park, Bagalur, North Bangalore. The township has 8 high-rise towers across 3 phases with a total of 2,973 apartments. It is RERA-approved under Phase 1 number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/120326/008523, with possession targeted for December 2029. The layout keeps 80% of the land as open green space, with only 20% used for construction.

The master plan is built around a Bali-inspired terraced landscape design. Towers are spaced apart to allow cross ventilation and unobstructed views from most units.
