Purva Northern Lights Phase 1 Project Schedule
The Purva Northern Lights Phase 1 project schedule has a 45-month construction plan. The work starts with earthwork and site levelling on 15 April 2026 and is planned to finish with final internal and external work by 30 December 2029.
The foundation and plinth work are planned to be completed by November 2027. The main building structure, including the RCC frame and masonry work, runs from February 2027 to November 2029.
The project also includes large amenities such as a 9,696 sq. mt. clubhouse and 9,032 sq. mt. park area. Final works like painting, electrical work, and landscaping are planned to be completed by December 2029.
Sub-Structure Work
The sub-structure work in Purva Northern Lights Phase 1 is the first stage of construction. It runs from 15 April 2026 to 25 July 2027 and builds a strong base for the buildings.
The work begins with earthwork and site levelling across the project land. After that, the team completes the foundation footing work to support the towers. Next, retaining walls and plinth-level work are built to strengthen the base. The stage also includes sub-structure flooring for the basement and parking areas, which prepares the site for the main building construction.

Super-Structure
The Super-Structure phase is when the towers of Purva Northern Lights Phase 1 rise above the ground. This stage starts in February 2027 and continues for 34 months. During this time, the RCC concrete frame of the buildings is constructed, and the apartments begin to take shape with walls and floors.

Finishing Works (Fitting and Fixtures)
The Finishing Works stage in Purva Northern Lights Phase 1 is the final stage of construction. This stage turns the building structure into ready-to-use homes. It mainly focuses on the look, safety, and basic facilities of the apartments.
According to the project schedule, most of this work takes place between 2028 and late 2029. This stage includes painting, fire safety systems, electrical finishing, and other final fittings needed to complete the homes.

The Internal Infrastructure at Purva Northern Lights Phase 1 provides the basic services needed for daily living inside the project. This part of the development ensures that the community works smoothly when residents move in.

According to the master plan, these areas form a large part of the 80% open space in the project and are mainly developed during the last 24 months of the construction period.
