Purva Northern Lights Phase 3 is a 6.30 acres premium township located in the KIADB Aerospace Park corridor on Bagalur Road. The project is RERA approved with the number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/210907/004300. The official launch date is 15 March 2026. Construction will first start with digging the land and building a two-level basement. After that, the builder will construct 2 towers, and each tower will have 30 floors built with a strong RCC structure. After the structure is finished, vitrified floor tiles and branded bathroom fittings will be installed. At the same time, electrical wiring, plumbing, tower facades, and sewage treatment plants (STPs) will be built. The township will also have a large 1 lakh sq. ft. clubhouse and many lifestyle amenities. In the final stage, common areas like the vehicle-free central podium and landscaped gardens will be completed. The expected possession date is 31 December 2030.

These include water supply, sewage and drainage systems, rainwater harvesting, fire safety systems, waste management, and emergency evacuation services. These facilities help provide clean water, proper waste disposal, and safety for residents. The work for these systems is planned to happen from June 2028 to August 2030, so that all important services are ready before people move into their homes.

  • External Infrastructure

The External Infrastructure phase includes the important outdoor works in the township. This phase includes building internal roads, footpaths, street lights, and electricity systems like substations and transformers. The project will also have trees in parks and a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to keep the area clean and green. All these outdoor works are planned to be finished by December 2030, so the community will be ready when people move in.

  • Amenities

The amenities at Purva Northern Lights Phase 3 include many facilities for comfort, fun, and daily life. The project will have electricity and power backup (2983 sq m), a large clubhouse (8696 sq m), outdoor sports areas (3100 sq m), indoor sports areas (9696 sq m), a swimming pool (2874 sq m), a gym (8696 sq m), parks and green spaces (9032 sq m), and water and sanitation systems (4890 sq m). However, smart home automation, CCTV, piped gas, and central air conditioning are not included. These amenities are planned to be built between June 2028 and December 2031, so they are ready when people move in.

  • Common Areas

The Common Areas in Purva Northern Lights Phase 3 are the shared spaces that everyone in the building can use. These areas help people move around the building easily and safely. The project will have staircases (9979 sq m), lifts (227 sq m), and corridors and lobbies (2852 sq m) that connect all the apartments. For safety, there will also be fire escape areas (65 sq m). Other shared spaces include a basement area (3067 sq m), a terrace (1249 sq m), and open parking areas (206 sq m). These shared spaces will be developed alongside the main buildings, with work finishing in time for the final project handover by 31 December 2030.
