Purva Northern Lights Phase 2 Tower Plan
Purva Northern Lights Phase 2 is part of the Purva Northern Lights residential project in Bagalur, North Bangalore. This phase is spread across 8.77 acres. The tower plan shows how the residential towers, open spaces, and parking areas are arranged within the project.
A large part of the land is kept open to create a more spacious environment. Around 46% of the site is open space, while 54% is used for buildings and other covered areas. These open spaces allow better airflow, natural light, and easy movement around the towers.
Phase 2 has three residential towers with a total of 1,208 apartments. The homes are available in different configurations, including 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK units. The project also includes EWS housing units. The project is registered under Karnataka RERA with the registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/120326/008524.
Tower Layout
Purva Northern Lights Phase 2 includes three residential towers that form the main buildings in this phase of the project.
In total, the towers include 1,208 residential units. The towers rise vertically, allowing apartments to be arranged across multiple floors while leaving space at ground level for internal roads, circulation areas, and other project infrastructure.
The tower layout also maintains distance between the buildings. This helps organise the homes within the site while keeping space for movement and open areas around the towers.
Tower Structure
Each tower in Purva Northern Lights Phase 2 rises to 30 floors above ground level. These towers form prominent residential structures within the development.
The buildings include one basement level, which is mainly used for parking and building services. The towers do not include stilt floors.
One of the towers in this phase, referred to as Wing 4, includes 270 residential units. The tower reaches a height of approximately 98.95 meters. The high-rise design helps the project accommodate many apartments while maintaining space around the towers.
Open Space Planning
Open space plays an important role in the planning of Phase 2. Out of the total land area of 35,493 square meters, about 16,326 square meters( 46%) is maintained as open area within the development.
These open spaces help maintain distance between the towers and create a more open residential layout. Open areas also improve circulation within the residential layout and provide space for internal roads and movement. By keeping a large portion of the site open, the tower plan ensures that the residential buildings are not crowded together.
Parking Facilities
Parking is included in the tower plan of Purva Northern Lights Phase 2. The project provides parking through basement parking and designated parking areas within the site.
Each tower has one basement level that is mainly used for residents' parking. This helps keep vehicles organised within the development.
The project provides 61,801 square meters of covered parking space.
There is also 206 square meters of space for open parking.
These parking spaces support the residents and help keep vehicles separate from pedestrian areas.
