Puravankara Township Projects in Devanahalli 2026 Launch

Purva Northern Lights: is a unique "Villament" project located directly on IVC Road. It is built by Provident Housing, which is part of the Puravankara Group. It features 288-plus stylish townhouses that look like homes in Manchester, UK. The floor plan shows spacious duplex homes in sizes of 1700 sq ft to 2300 sq ft of 3 BHK. Prices of the homes here begin at Rs. 1.80 Crores onwards. The master plan is built on a 15-acre area with large open green spaces. The project is under construction in 2026.
