Puravankara Ongoing Projects in Devanahalli 2026 Update

Purva Northern Lights is a new residential project by Puravankara in Bagalur, North Bangalore, near Devanahalli and the airport. The township is spread over about 25 acres and has 8 tall towers with 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. Apartment sizes are roughly 1,010 sq ft to 2,400 sq ft, and the price ranges from ₹1.3 Crore to ₹2.64 Crore. The project launches on 25 March 2026, and the possession date is set on 31 December 2030.
