These apartments come with 2- and 3-BHK layouts across 13 towers. These towers span 22 floors and start at Rs. 52 lakhs. This project has already received the RERA approval.

Purva Emerald Bay -

Purva Emerald Bayis one of Purvanka Group's biggest launches. This project is situated in Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa, Pune. Spanning 19 acres, this project offers 2-, 3-, and 4-BHK apartment units. The cost will increase based on the size and preference.
